If you are the child of Dominican parentage but was born out of Dominica you are a Dominican by decent, and entitled to a Dominican Passport.

You simply have to provide us with your parents birth certificate, your own birth certificate and two passport size photographs..

Passport Eligibility and Citizenship by Marriage If you are married to a Dominican you are a Dominican by marriage and entitled to a Dominican Passport. You only have to provide us with your birth certificate, marriage certificate, and two passport size photographs.

Getting married in Dominica is very easy. Here are the requirements

	At least one of the partners must be resident in Dominica for a minimum of two(2) days prior to the ceremony.
	Birth certificates and proof of citizenship must be submitted.
	In a case where any of the partners has obtained a divorce; a decree of absolute divorce is required.
	In the case where any of the partners is either a widow or a widower a death certificate of the departed partner must be presented.
	An application form must be completed. and a statutory declaration on marital status is also required.
